Klompching Gallery ExhibitionsThe Klompching Gallery is committed to the appreciation, exhibition and collecting of contemporary fine art photographs. The gallery opened on October 24, 2007, with the acclaimed Motherland photo project by British artist, Simon Roberts.
The co-owners, Darren Ching and Debra Klomp Ching, are passionate about bringing to the public's attention the work of exciting new talent, as well as under appreciated photographs by established artists. The photographic images themselves are at the core of their vision, with all photographs selected for the strength of the image itself. Since it's inception, it has exhibited the work of Simon Roberts, Lisa M. Robinson, William Greiner, Sarah Lynch, Elaine Duigenan and Cornelia Hediger.
The Klompching Gallery is described as 'dynamic' and 'one of the galleries to watch in NYC.' It's exhibitions have been reviewed in publications such as The New Yorker, Hotshoe, New York Magazine, ArtReview, The British Journal of Photography, The Architect's Newspaper and Modern Painters.
